Our Prevention Policy For COVID-19

As the situation with COVID-19 evolves day-to-day, our top priority during these challenging times continues to be the health and safety of customers, co-workers and the community.

At Gemwaith, taking care of both the community and our customers is important to us.

We'd like our customers, especially, to feel safe and be assured that we have all the proper protocols and procedures in place to make sure our products are created, made, assembled, handled, packed and shipped in a clean and COVID- free environment.

All of our employees have been trained in the proper methods of hand washing and personal sanitation. Prior to preparing orders, and creating jewellery pieces, our workers wash their hands with soap, use disinfectant wipes and put on gloves.

All surfaces in the preparation, creating, making and assembly areas are wiped with disinfectant wipes, this includes benchtops, scales, tools and any implements that are used. All tools and implements are cleaned thoroughly before any preparation commences.

In addition, our staff are under strict instructions to report if they are feeling unwell and not to come to work if they are showing any of the signs or symptoms of COVID.
